Cancel contracts here

Here you can cancel your Amavi subscription – without logging in, even if your account has already been deleted. This works for every payment method: credit card, PayPal and Google Play.

Subscribed through Google Play? You can cancel that here too – we will then cancel it with Google for you. Or do it directly in Google Play under “Subscriptions”.

The address of your Amavi account or the one your subscription confirmation was sent to. We will send the confirmation of receipt there right away.

Name(optional)

Contract or subscription number(optional)

You will find it in your subscription confirmation under “Contract”; for PayPal subscriptions also the number “I-…”. If you leave it empty, we cancel all running subscriptions for this email address.

By pressing “Cancel now” you submit your cancellation with binding effect.
