Withdraw from contract

Here you can withdraw from a contract with us – a subscription or a purchase of stars on the web. What applies to your right of withdrawal is set out in the Cancellation Policy.

Bought through Google Play? Then the seller is Google Commerce Limited, and withdrawal and refunds are handled by Google Play (play.google.com, “Order history”). We will still accept your declaration and pass it on.

We will send the confirmation of receipt there right away.

For example “Amavi Plus”, the contract number from your confirmation, or “stars purchased on 20 October 2026”.

By pressing “Confirm withdrawal” you submit your withdrawal with binding effect.
